What the course covers
The Parenting Toolbox is built around three practical modules to support everyday challenges:

How to de-escalate difficult moments, support emotional regulation, and stay calm
Understanding Anxiety
Spotting early signs, reducing overwhelm, and building reassurance
Managing Challenging Behaviour
Setting clear boundaries and understanding what drives behaviour
