The programme is a vocational learning experience, funded by the European Social Fund that will provide trainees with on the job training that will help them to improve their confidence, skills, raise their self esteem and enhance their CV so that they can progress into other employment or educational opportunities. 

The current available positions are for digital marketing trainees to our Brightsparks Academy vocational learning course. With a focus on digital marketing skills, the course also covers a wide range of other skills and experiences, including communications, business administration and content creation. The course will provide beneficiaries with on the job training and personal coaching that will help them to improve their confidence, skills, raise their self esteem and enhance their CV so that they can progress into other employment or educational opportunities as well as better understand their own strengths and capabilities.
