The course will guide you through the stages of identifying, influencing and building emotional resilience, and identifying the signs and symptoms of mental health issues. Practical support strategies and interventions, signposting and guidance will be given to help learners to feel confident in encouraging and maintaining positive mental health and building emotional resilience in children and young people.
Who is the course for?
School staff, parents, carers, anyone working or volunteering with children and young people.
